Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial, and organizational skills to successfully work with the many Catholic Parishes in your area.

What we expect from you.

  1. Plan, organize, and implement Cruise and Tour Nights at your local parishes
  2. Work with each parish secretary or priest to get our “inside” bulletin announcements printed
  3. Help priests understand the Apostleship of the Seas of the United States of America program and the benefits of being a member (All Priests who are approved go for FREE on our sailings)
  4. Manage this like it is your BUSINESS (We are here to support YOU!)
  5. Manage Booth space at Convocations and Priest retreats
  6. Communicate regularly with parishes and parishioners
  7. Provide superior customer service that results in client sales
  8. Conduct marketing and networking activities
  9. Complete other administrative responsibilities

This relationship enables us to promote Apostleship of the Seas of the United States of America and Catholic Cruises and Tours with advertising space in the back of Church bulletins (U.S. and Canada). This form of advertising reaches over 4,000,000 people on a weekly basis and with the “inside” bulletin announcements with special group advertising reaching over 1,200,000 readers on a weekly basis. This has helped Catholic Cruises and Tours establish and grow name recognition.

This is a full/part time position. Extensive training is provided.

This is a commission based position and salary is based on your abilities to build/maintain and organize our business model.
